Comuna 13 includes the barrios Núñez, Belgrano and Colegiales
No special logo is known for Comuna 13.

Barrio Belgrano is part of Comuna 13.
Emblema: «La Redonda», la
reconocida iglesia del barrio. Y la pérgola, rodeada de parque, que identifica a
las barrancas de Belgrano.
La Redonda - the renowned church of the neighborhood. And the pergola,
surrounded by a park, which identifies the Belgrano ravines.
