City of Cairns (Queensland, Australia)

The pre-2008 flag of the City of Cairns was designed in the colours royal blue and gold in keeping with the official city colours and the Council Crest. Royal Blue represents the colour of the Sea and Sky. Gold represents a variety of natural and man-made features.
