Irregularly divided into three fields, approximately half the flag white above a diagonal from the top edge near the upper hoist to the bottom edge near the lower fly, the remainder divided by another diagonal extending from near the middle of the flag to the bottom near the lower hoist, with yellow in the field above and dark green below; and the municipal arms in the upper fly in the white field.
