Here is flag of Rahachow and Rahachow district. The flag and arms were adopted on 4 May 2001. The flag is a swallowtail with the horn of a black ram as the main charge. There are also three stripes on the flag; the blue sections are 1/10th of the flag's width and the green section is 1.5 times the size of the blue sections.
