The municipal flag of the City of Quesnel, B.C. (population: 9,915) features forested hills, a lake, recreational fishing boat, logging truck, gold pan, gold nugget, water wheel and flowers.

The flag of the City of Quesnel, British Columbia, consists of city logo on a yellow background.
"Our logo contains images that have significance to our City. On the left, the Cornish Waterwheel, used by the gold miners during the 1870s Gold Rush accompanies the miner's gold pan. Mining still has importance to our economy. Forestry is represented by the trees behind the waterwheel and the log truck on the roadway. The Cariboo Mountains in the distance with a lake at their base depict the abundance of outdoor recreation in and around our city. Look closely and you will see a boat. The bottom of the logo is dotted with flowers of which Quesnel has millions in our parks, gardens and lining our streets."
