The logo features a horse with an emphasized mane, expressing a direction (a
path), a geography (a mountain, a water course), and even a marquee (festivals).
The typographic choice is in harmony with a western town while remaining
legible. The writing display, centered, favors reading and supports the image.
The blue and golden yellow colors recall the public buildings.
Blue is a
symbol of reliability and confidence.
Golden yellow is a symbol of luster,
with a touch of nobleness.
The horse represents Saint-Tite's very
essence, representing the town's energy, dynamism, determination, belonging,
complicity, force, elegance, vigor and passion.

The arms of Saint-Tite, designed by Gérard Marchand in 1954, are "Gules a
Greek cross azure in chief surrounded by two segments of a cog wheel dexter
argent sinister or in the center a pelt or a fir argent in base mountains
vert on a base or charged by a river azure. Beneath the shield a scroll or
fimbriated sable inscribed 'L'UNION DANS L'ACTION' (Unity Within Action)
surrounded dexter by a fleur-de-lis or sinister by a maple leaf of the
same."
The cross represents Christian faith.
The segments of cog
wheels represent the town's main industries, leather, symbolized by the
pelt, and wood cutting, represented by the fir.
These charges form a bis
sun illuminating the union of the main activities performed in an atmosphere
of frankness and energy, represented by gules.
The mountains recall
that Saint-Tite is surrounded by the Laurentian Mountains. The base or
explains that the main source of income in the town is leather.
The river
represents the watercourse that delimits most of the municipal territory.
The fleur-de-lis represents Quebec while the maple leaf represents Canada.
