At the official site of the Montreal Divers/cité Festival, you will see that the flag flown by Madame Simone (the representative of the Montreal Divers/cité parade to the Toronto Gay pride) appears to be one, you will notice the white square with bit of the red maple leaf showing.

This version reverses the order of the green and blue stripes and uses a different ratio.

These are three variants of "Canadian bear pride flags", i.e. flags where the Maple Leaf of the Canadian flag is replaced by a bear footprint.
Marcus Schmöger, 24 August 2001

The Canadian bear pride flag variants shown above seem to have only been used online, because only their images, no photos, could be found on the Web so far. However, there is a variant whose use in real life can be documented, although incompletely:

The only variant of the Canadian bear pride flag which seems to have been used in real life so far is the one which was used in early 2000's in Calgary. It was charged with an upright bear footprint, all in red. The flag was introduced by the Bearback Calgary club in early 2000: its earliest photos date from the Spring Thaw 2000, an event which took place on 2000-05-06 [1]. It was also used at the Calgary Pride Parade 2000 [2], which took place on 2000-06-11 [3], as well as at the street fair which was held after its ending [4]. The flag was also brought to the Vancouver Pride Parade 2000, which took place on 2000-08-06 [5]. Although the flag must have been used on later occasions as well, it is currently impossible to document that, because there are no captured photos at the Internet Archive. The website was closed down by the beginning of 2005, so the later history of the flag, as well as that of the club which had introduced it, is yet to discover.

Canadian Transgender Flag

The Canadian Transgender Flag which represents the unlimited horizons the Trans Community has in this world. The flag was raised in Ottawa in 2013 in celebration of the passing into law of Bill C-279 – and has been the subject of ongoing media coverage. It is regularly used in marches across Canada; all of which contributes to the raising of societal awareness across our great country.

A Quebec gay pride flag can be seen at (image halfway down): http://docandraider.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html. It uses the design of the provincial flag, but with a vertical rainbow instead of blue.

Pride flag in Calgary

[Quebec Gay Pride flag] image located by Peter Edwards, 27 August 2018

"To kick off Pride Week, Calgary’s Hillhurst United Church unfurled a new Pride flag on Sunday that adds new shapes and colours to the iconic Rainbow Flag to represent other marginalized groups. The flag still contains the six rainbow colour stripes, but also includes five half-sized stripes shaped like an arrow. The light blue, light pink and white half-sized stripes represent members of the transgender community, while those that are brown and black represent people of colour and Indigenous peoples. The Calgary church plans to have it fly year round."

At http://www.torontopride.com/gallery/Image-Gallery-2004/parade/069FR.jpg is clearly a variation on the "Arab revolt" inspired flags of various mid-eastern country. it is the rainbow flag with a large pink triangle at the hoist pointing toward the fly. Inside are a white crescent and maple leaf (where the usual star would be) marking it for Canadian usage.
