There, they mentiond the authors of the Coat of Arms as Ana Isbel Navarro M., André Abellaneda "Obeen", and Master Heraldrists. The leyend on the bottom reads TRABAJO Y LIBERTAD (Labor and Freedom) on balck letters on a red background.
