Tučín is a municipality in Přerov district, Olomouc region in eastern Czechia; The flag is depicted in Petr Exner's Vexilologický Lexikon prapory obcí ČR (2001); Flag adopted 11 May 2001. The coat of arms is on this website - description of coat of arms and flag (in Czech):
coat of arms: "Z paty štítu vystupující prohnutá stříbrná špice, zasahující k hlavě štítu, na špici položena červená růže se zlatým středem, zelenou stopkou a dvěma lístky, přes růži položeny dva modré řemdichy, v horní pravé zelené části zlatá sekera, v horní levé části stříbrná radlice.
Flag: List dělený vodorovnými pruhy v poměru 1 : 1: 6 : 1 : 1 v barvách bílý - černý - bílý - zelený - žlutý, ve středu listu položena červená růže se žlutým středem, zelenou stopkou a dvěma lístky, přes růži položeny dva modré zkřížené řemdichy. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3
Symbolism:
bílá špice - symbolizuje naleziště vápence zelená a černá barva - symbolizuje zemědělství (černá zde nahrazuje hnědou) sekera, růže - symbolizují rod, který se psal z Tučína radlice - použita z historické pečeti, kterou část obce užívala zkřížené řemdichy - symbol rodu vladyk z Dobrčic, z Říkovic a Přestavlk a Tučína
