I've pinched the fleur-de-lis from Protivanov (pv) for the flag of Vresova, Sokolov okres. It's a bit different from the coat of arms at this website (duuuuh - is a fleur-de-lis a fleur-de-lis, but not in Czechia???). Image after Exner's VexLex2001, adopted 22 Jan 2001.
