This image is from the homepage of the soccer club "TJ Moravský Krumlov", so the city flag may be different... Moravský Krumlov (German: Mährisch Krumau) is in SE Czechia, between Brno and Znojmo.

Moravsky Krumlov: the flag is taken from WWW of a soccer club and doesn't accord to official flag-making rules. However, I don't know the official MK's flag.
