Description
The flag of the island is blue-red with the arms. The colours blue, red, and yellow are also the colours of the duchy of Oldenburg to which the island belonged in former times (unlike the other six islands). Source: van Heijnigen 1998 (I forgot where I found the arms of Wangerooge).
