Interesting symbol, wheel with legs, is used by contemporary theater
Volksbühne in Berlin, Germany. It is main motif of the flag flying above
the theater building.

I went to the Northern Communal Cemetery [Cmentarz Komunalny Pó³nocny] in Warsaw and there I saw a blue flag with a group of five white Latin crosses, where the biggest one is in the center, the medium two are aside and two smallest crosses are placed between the biggest and the medium ones.

It was the only flag flying over the memorial of German soldiers fallen
during the World War II, the other flagpoles being empty.
According to what i found in the Internet, it is a flag of the German
War Graves Commission [Volksbund Deutsche Kriegsgräberfürsorge e.V.].
