Coat of Arms

image from GAD Chumblín

Crown - The faith people have towards God and the Holy Virgin of the Nativity, which protects them in daily life.
Hill - Cóndor Coles, with its river of the same name, which serves as irrigation for the crops and pastures. The plains of Concho and Tasqui represent the natural beauty which cover it as a source of tourism and recreation.
On the lower half of the shield, the first third shows tools and a corn plant, which represent the hard-working man and the product they cultivate in the parish.
The second third has the church, which identifies Chumblín as a Catholic town; in the background is the mountain range where the sun appears daily.
In the final third is a pasture with a cow and horse, representing the livestock and milk trade in the area; the horse is used as a way of transport.

The coat of arms was designed by Luis Panjón Espinoza. Approved on the same day as the flag, February 12, 2005.
