Symbols of Santa Cruz de Moya

The flag of Santa Cruz de Moya is prescribed by an Order issued on 27 August 1991 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 30 August 1991 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 66, pp. 3,085-3,086 (text).
The flag is described as follows:

Flag: Recalling the essence of the coat of arms of the municipality. Quadrangular, red, with a yellow quadrangle, whose points are the centers of the flag's borders, which has four vertical red stripes.

The Royal Academy of History found "nothing to oppose" to the proposed flag. The text in the Decree is a verbatim copy of the Academy's report.

The coat of arms of Santa Cruz de Moya is prescribed by Decree No. 59, issued on 27 May 1986 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 3 June 1986 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 22, pp. 875-876 (text).
The coat of arms is described as follows:

Coat of arms: Gules a quadrangular escutcheon or charged with four pallets gules surrounded by two palms or crossed in base. The shield surmounted by a Royal crown closed.
