D. Gray-man (ディー・グレイマン) is a 2004- manga series by Katsura Hoshino, also adapted into an anime series between 2006-08. Set in the 19th century and drawn with a heavy goth influence, it follows a mystical organization called the Black Order in its fight against a sorcerer who is raising an army of the damned.

The flag of the Black Order appears in the second volume of the (B&W) comic, outside their HQ in England. It is black, with the Order's badge in white: a kind of very spiky Latin cross (there may be a specific name for this, but I have no idea what it is), whose extremities are dotted with alchemical or astrological symbols and whose vertex consists of an odd rosette resembling a rotary-phone dial, inscribed with what looks like the entire Hebrew alphabet.

Alternate symbol rendering on TV

In the anime adaptation, the England HQ is visited in ep. 2, but the flag does not show up at that time, though as I haven't watched more it may appear later. The TV series slightly modifies the Order's symbol (worn as a uniform badge) by abbreviating the long arm of the cross, which turns it into a simple multipointed star — one assumes this would carry over to any flag as well.
