The burgee can be seen on the club website at http://www.cybc.ie/, where it is shown as a pennant quartered navy blue and red.
Located by Jan Mertens, 30 March 2010

The Clontarf Yacht and Boat Club, founded in 1875, has been officially established at Dublin since the incorporation of Clontarf into that town. Website: http://www.cybc.ie/index.htm.
Introducing the club: http://www.cybc.ie/docs/CYBC%20yearbook%20for%20web.pdf:
“The club is located on the coast road at Clontarf just 2 miles from the city centre [and] provides a sailing and boating facility for the greater Dublin area. The members are drawn from a varied cross section of the community and their interests encompass cruising, racing, fishing and general recreation on the water. The club does not discriminate between male and female members.”

The club burgee, quarterly divided into dark blue and red, is shown as a drawing on the website and appears here in the cloth (upside-down I’m afraid): http://www.cybc.ie/images/athome2006day2/pages/DSCN6825.htm. Be sure to have a look at Graham Bartram’s fine drawings (top of page): http://www.flags.net/IREL14.htm, showing the yacht club ensign (comment: “This ensign is sometimes made with a navy blue field”) and the burgee. In this case the Irish yacht ensign is defaced, in the lower fly, by a red bull passant alluding to the place name Clontarf aka Cluain Tarbh, meaning "Bulls' Meadow”.
