Local Council Iksal is situated 1 Km. south of Nazareth, 10,500 Inh., almost all
Moslems.
Its name preserved the name of the biblical Ksalot Tavor
(Jusua 19,12) whose ruins are costumery identified at the sloops
of Mt. Kdumin west to Iksal.
Its emblem never published, and the only proof to its existance
