Dynasty of Tiger - Indian Princely States

Two states (according to Filcher, 1984) use the dynastic flag of Tiger, which is a rectangular bicolor (horizontal) of yellow over blue. In the center there is a head of the tiger, in profile, facing the hoist, and in natural colors - orange and black.

BRIEF HISTORY: A state in Orissa, today named Parlakimidi. The state
represented 615 sq.miles.

Flag:
The images in Ziggioto (1998) were made by the collaboration of Lucien Philippe and Roberto Breschi, but the Peddakimedi image was in a series of four, made solely by Breschi, based upon images from the collection of J. McMeekin. This is, with its lion's head, similar to many flags in the Orissa principalities, which belong to the Tiger dynasty.
