Seen at http://www.communistpartyofireland.ie/, a yellow flag with logo and organization name. Image made using the logo from http://www.cfmeu.net.au/topics/2197.html, where, it says "The World Federation of Trade Unions was formed in Paris on the 3rd of October 1945 and was attended by delegates representing 67 million workers from 56 national organisations from 55 countries and 20 international organisations. Among the original aims of the WFTU is to 'combat war and the causes of war and work for a stable and enduring peace'. Other founding resolutions are the right for workers to organise themselves, freedom from discrimination on race, creed colour or sex, the right to work and to paid holidays, living wages and social security to guarantee against unemployment, in sickness, accidents and old age. The WFTU today continues to represent millions of workers around the globe in class based trade unionism."

"The World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU) was established in Paris on 3 October 1945. The First World Trade Union Congress (Paris, 3-8 October 1945) which voted to establish the WFTU was attended by delegates representing 67 million workers from 56 national organizations from 55 countries and 20 international organizations. The First World Trade Union Congress was preceded by the World Trade Union Conference held in London from 6 to 17 February 1945 and which accomplished much of the preparatory work. The London Conference was attended by 204 delegates from 53 national and international organizations representing 60 million workers worldwide. The Conference had as co-chairpersons, representatives of the British TUC, the Congress of Industrial Organizations (CIO) of the United States (November 9, 1935-1955) and the All Union Central Council of Trade Unions of the USSR (September 24, 1918-October 29, 1990). They were assisted by three vice-chairpersons - from the CGT of France, the Chinese Federation of Labour and the Confederation of Workers in Latin America. Walter Citrine, General Secretary of the British TUC, was the General Secretary of the Conference. (Source) From its inception in 1945 until 1953, its main office was located in Paris. Then it was transferred to Vienna in the period 1953-1956, moving again to Prague for the years 1956-2005. Since January of 2006 it relocated to Athens. Initially it brought together all the unions in Europe, North America and the rest of the world with a social democratic and communist tendency. However, due to the tensions of the Cold War and the divergent positions between the Social Democrats and the Communists, the former separated and formed the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions in 1949 - which, merged with the WCL since November 2006, forms the world's largest trade union center: the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC). There's also a Spanish version of the flag. It features the same logo, changing only the initials "FSM" which stands for "Federación Sindical Mundial" written below.

The French version follows the same pattern, that is: yellow background with the logo in the middle and the inscription "Fédération syndicale mondiale" written below.

Pensioners and Retired International Trade Union

The International Trade Union Union (ITU) of Pensioners and Retired, of the World Trade Union Federation (WFTU) is a spin off trade union emerging from the WFTU after the 16th World Trade Union Congress held in Athens in 2011 with 900 representatives of 320 unions. It was formally established at its first Congress held in Barcelona, on February 4-6, 2014 with 70 delegates from 21 countries. (Source) It is known that this organization is also officially named in two additional languages, French (Union syndicale internationale du Pensionnés et Retraités, abbreviated as UIS du la FSM) and Spanish (Unión Internacional Sindical de Pensionistas y Jubilados, abbreviated as UIS de la FSM). (Source) Each language version has its own logos, although I have only been able to spot a Spanish version flag, but it is more likely that also English and French language versions also coexist. The Spanish version flag is a white horizontal background with the WFTU logo in Spanish on the canton, with the logo in Spanish version in the middle.
