Neighbourhood flags

I found that Mosfellsbær uses other colors with the municipal emblem. Specifically: these are yellow, blue, pink and (unconfirmed) red. These flags, apart from the red one, can be seen on:

It appears that Mosfellsbær neighborhoods are related to certain colors.
