The flag of Norðurþing Municipality is white with the logo centred above the name.

The municipality of Norğurşing was formed in 2006 by merging the municipalities of Húsavík, Öxarfjörğur, Raufarhöfn and Kelduneshreppur.

The new municipality kept the emblem used by the Húsavík municipality, but I have no information if the Húsavík municipality used a flag before.
