Art. 4 - Stemma e Gonfalone
- Il Comune negli atti e nel sigillo s'identifica con
il nome di TORRE SANTA SUSANNA.
- Lo Stemma del Comune è come descritto dal decreto
del Capo del Governo del 21 gennaio 1943: "d’azzurro,
alla torre d’oro, a due ripiani merlati, aperta e
finestrata nel primo ripiano e finestrata nel secondo;
sulla campagna al naturale".
- Nelle cerimonie e nelle altre pubbliche ricorrenze, e
ogni qualvolta sia necessario rendere ufficiale la
partecipazione dell’ente a una particolare
iniziativa, il Sindaco può disporre che venga esibito il
Gonfalone con lo Stemma del Comune concesso con decreto
del Presidente della Repubblica datato 8 novembre 1991:
drappo di colore giallo caricato dell’Arma come
descritta nello stemma civico e ornato di ricchi fregi d’argento.
- La Giunta può autorizzare l’uso e la
riproduzione dello Stemma del Comune per i fini non
istituzionali soltanto ove sussista un pubblico
interesse.
