"GONFALONE. Drappo azzurro, con fascia cremisina, unita e caricata in cuore, dello scudetto d'arma del comune (Regio decreto in data 7 giugno 1886).
Lo stemma contiene: in basso, la torre di Marciana Marina con un paesaggio sullo sfondo; in alto, una banda rossa guarnita di tre api dorate. La torre medicea è simbolo della storia della comunità, mentre le tre api d'oro, emblema di operosità costante e di parsimonia, ricordano il periodo napoleonico."
