Motono mura adopted its emblem 1 April 1913; a stylized kanji Moto 本 and hiragana No の with a wheat wreath.
No flag legislation. Flag proportion: 2:3; colour of field: dark blue; colour of emblem: white; height of emblem: 3/5 flag height.
