The flag of town of Shin-Kamigoto is white with symbol. The town is founded in 2004 mergering of the towns of Arikawa, Kamigoto, Narao, Shin-Ounome and Wakamatsu.

The town emblem was adopted on Oct 19th 2004 by Notice No 78 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue,a white, a green and a pink four color town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized KG. It represents a camellia, the beautiful sea and the self-sustaining island which grows a historic culture.
