Description of the flag

The county flag comprises three horizontal stripes of
black, beige and green, fimbriated in white. At the hoist is a light blue
triangle, also fimbriated in white, in the centre of which is the county Arms.
The Arms have not yet been formally approved.

the hoist are also know to exist.
