The green color in the top stands for the historical Mt. Kumsong, the blue color in the middle stands for Youngsan River , the yellow color at the bottom stands for the abundant fruition of the granary of the Honam fields, and the pear flower in the center stands for the unified wills of Naju citizen due to its character to bloom and wither at the same time.
