This bafflingly awful rendition of the pre-1999 Cayman flag was by Corel Draw, a company that produced tons of clipart discs in the 1990s which was mostly free to use, they included historical and modern flags at the time and some are poorly made... unfortunately Cayman suffers the most in the worst out of all of the flags in the gallery and appears to have a shortened square canton along with the disc being a shield that is abnormally oversized, I've seen this same clipart represent the Caymans on some old archive.org website archives which proves it gained some use.
