  • Arms description (German):
    • Auf blauem Grund mit drei übereinanderliegenden silbernen Sensen. (Sources: [kra82d] [l9i85].)
    • In Blau drei übereinander gestellte silberne Sensenblätter (Sources: [jsu73].)
  • Arms blazoning (English): Azure, three scythe blades in pale Argent.
  • Arms granted: 23 June 1956 (by Francis Joseph II, the reigning prince) (Sources: [kra82d] [l9i85] [jsu73].)
  • Reasons for the arms: from the arms of the noble family “von Trisun” (Sources: [kra82d] [l9i85] [jsu73].)

The arms are azure with three scythes vertically. The arms have their origin in the arms of the nobles of Trisen, the oldest aristocratic family in Triesen. The first document where this family is mentioned is dated 1273. The arms of Triesen were adopted on the 23 June, 1956 [kra82].
