Nemaksciai (Raseiniai District) - on green field the golden bend with four black wheels and black line meaning platform. Flag proportions 10:11, fringe is golden, finial is golden knob. The charge reminds about the local inventor Psemislovas Neveravicius, who constructed and in 1907 patented the 8-wheel truck, the prototype of modern trucks used by military, on ice terrain and in space research (the historic circumstances were against Neveravicius: he was not renowned for the invention).
