According to the CUSTOMARY LAW (RALIK CHAIN) ACT 1991 (https://rmiparliament.org):
“In the Ralik Chain, excluding Ujelang there are and shall be four (4)
separate Iroijlaplap domains and titles held and exercised by the successors of:
(a) Iroijlaplap Jeimata; (b) Iroijlaplap Laelan; (c) Iroijlaplap Joel; and
(d) Iroijlaplap Lobokkoj”.
On July 21,2022 Iroijlaplap's (paramount chief)
Michael Kabua coronation was held in the Marshall
Islands. His domain is called MOJEN EO AN
IROIJ BWIEO JEIMATA KABUA and his flag was displayed during his coronation. It’s
red with a flying bird (from the seal of his domain - see below) and a circle of twelve
7-pointed white stars representing the 12 islands/atolls of his domain namely
Namdrik, Jaluit, Ailinglaplap, Namu, Lib, Kwajalein, Ujae, Lae, Wotho, Rongelap,
Ailinginae and Bikini.
I believe Lolelaplap is the name the Marshallese
people use for their islands.

Adopted (presumably by a native government under German influence) 20 November 1878
Suppressed in 1885.
This flag is a German influenced flag of a native polity, immediately prior
to Germany's establishment of a protectorate.
Smith (1975) "The Flag Book of the United States" (page 210)
also stated the flag was only used prior to German rule.

This flag is shown on the "Flags of Paradise" [brt96]
chart by R. Bartlett. It belongs to the Ralik Islands, a chain of islands stretching out from Ujae to Ebon atolls. According to the flag chart, the flag should have proportion 3:5.

In 1885 the Ralik Islands and the rest of the Marshall Islands came
officially into German hands, who entrusted their development to the so-called
Jaluit Company ("Jaluit Gesellschaft") that used another flag (based on
the German national flag of the era), until the monopoly of the company ceased
and the German colony was created on 1 April 1906.
Jaume Ollé, 7 September 1996
Jaluit is one of the southeasternmost atolls of Ralik Chain. It has an area of 11.34 sq.
km and is crowded with 1,709 inhabitants. This flag is shown on the "Flags of Paradise" [brt96]
chart by R. Bartlett.
