It seems that the correct current flag (and arms) is white with two red
stripes and a yellow cross fimbriated red between them.

Blazon: Argent on a fess Gules a cross couped Or. Is-Siġġiewi is nicknamed Città Ferdinand so I assume this must have been the arms of a Grand Master of the Order of Malta of this name.

Ralf Hartemink's International Civic Heraldry website shows the same as in
this image. So, which is the correct coat-of-arms and flag for Is-Siggiewi? Are they mistaken, or former versions?
