Oranjemund
Oranjemund (German for the "Mouth of Orange") is so called because it is located
on the northern bank of the Orange River in the !Karas Region, in the extreme
south-west of Namibia. The main economic activity is
alluvial diamond mining and production is around 2 million carats (400kg) per
annum.

Two flags have been registered
by Oranjemund in 2015. The flags have a white field on one of which is
the formal municipal Arms and on the other is the municipal logo.
