I sølv en svart orrhane med hodet vendt bakover. In English: Argent a grouse sable reguardant.
Approved by the royal resolution of 12 September 1986 after a drawing by Stein Davidsen.
Woords and forestry are important for economy of Eidskog and this is symbolized by its fauna - a grouse.
