Thereon we can see two versions of the provincial flag — both plain green
with the provincial emblem:

Another version
shows the emblem and its motto arched above directly on the green background;
this is shown only as a "drawing", not a photo. This image illustrates a
description of the flag, where the white disc is given as part of the flag, so
it might be nothing but an error.
