Ica has initiated the process of adopting its regional symbols.

The contest about Ica regional flag was deserted. None of the 12 proposals
was accepted by the jury. New contest will be arranged soon. Article can be

The flag is 2:3 with three areas: golden yellow on the upper hoist, purple on
the lower fly, and white middle with the coat of arms on it. The edges of these
areas are composed of zigzags angled at 90°, parallel to the flag’s edges,
resembling stairs.
