Shield Argent a fountain Gules playing Azure and on the chief cantons two grape bunches Purpure leafed Vert, issuant from flanches and from base wavy Azure charged with a barrulet wavy Argent a hump bridge Sable masoned Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers(village rank) and white scroll in short toponym style reading in black upper case serifed letters "OURA"

Oura was one of the 30 communes of Chaves Municipality not affected by the 2013 changes ; it had 515 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 14,51 km².
