Shield Or with mural base Sable masoned Argent, a chalice Azure, flanked by two bee hives Gules, in chief a cross patty Gules charged with a Greek cross Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE COLMEAL E VILAR TORPIM".
Meaning:
Some charges are representing the pre-2013 communes: the bee hives Colmeal, cross and chalice Vilar Torpim. The mural base is a new element.

Colmeal Commune was one of the pre-2013 communes of Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo Municipality; it had 42 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 40.9 km².

Shield Argent, two Roman swords Sable, fimbriated Or and crossed per saltire; in chief a cross patty Gules, charged with a Greek cross Argent; in base a chalice Azure fimbriated Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll (Bénard Guedes style) with inscription in black capitals "VILAR TORPIM".
Meaning:
The cross is alluding to the Order of the Knights of Christ. The chalice might be an attribute of Our Lady of Prazeres, the local patron saint.
