Shield Azure, two olive twigs Or fruited Argent in pale and ordered per fess, on chief a bladed wheel Or, on base a fountain Argent spitting water of the same. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "ALPEDRINHA".
Meaning:
The bladed wheel is the usual attribute of St. Catherine, who is however not the local patron saint.

Alpedrinha is one of the 18 communes of Fundão Municipality not affected by the 2013 changes; it had 930 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 16,19 km².
