Shield Argent a rosemary bush eradicated Vert fruited Purpure, a swarm of bees Sable winged Or and ordered 3:4. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "ENXAMES – FUNDÃO".
Meaning:
The bush represents the local flora and especially the abundance of rosemary giving the landscape its typical purple colour and being some kind of a pasture for the canting bees, as the translation of the name of the commune means "swarms (of bees)".

Enxames is one of the 18 communes of Fundão Municipality not affected by the 2013 changes; it had 437 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 22,48 km².
