Shield Argent five roof tiles Gules in chevron, on base a wheat ear Vert and an olive twig Vert fruited Sable in saltire tied Gules. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "TELHADO - FUNDÃO".
Meaning:
The roof tiles (Port.: telhas) are canting elements and alluding to the local ceramics industry. The charges on base are symbolising agriculture as most important business line, especially the production of cereals and olive oil.

Telhado is one of the 18 communes of Fundão Municipality not affected by the 2013 changes; it had 579 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 16,64 km².
