It is a slightly untypical Portuguese communal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a field quarterly divided of yellow and black.

The arms are Sable, in centre a pillory Argent lined Sable flanked by a wheat ear Or (dexter) and an olive branch Argent fruited Or (sinister) . Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading "ZEBREIRA" in black upper case letters.

Zebreira was one of the pre-2013 communes of Idanha-a-Nova Municipality. It had 873 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 103.6 km². In 1801 it had already 771 inhabitants and in 1834 it became even town and seat of a municipality.

Shield Gules, issuant from base a mount Vert, charged with a barrulet Azure fimbriated Argent, crowned by a castle Argent masoned Sable with port Gules and windows Sable, having three embattled towers. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "SEGURA"

Segura Commune was one of the pre-2013 communes of Idanha-a-Nova Municipality; it had 176 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 73.9 km².
