Shield Vert with base wavy of Argent and Azure, crowned by a sailing boat Or rigged Argent, in chief a scoop wheel Argent with scoops Or at dexter and a windmill's wheel Or rigged Argent at sinister. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "FRIÚMES"

Shield Or, a bar wavy (blazon says "fess") Azure charged with a barrulet wavy Argent, in chief an eradicated cork oak Vert, peeled Purpure and fruited Sable, in base a bunch of grain Vert tied Gules, precisely one wheat ear, two rye ears and two corn cobs fruited Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "PARADELA - PENACOVA"
