Shield Argent, two keys Gules crossed per saltire between a fessy spindle Azure filled Or in chief and two olive branches Vert tied Gules crossed per saltire in base. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "PEDRÓGÃO DE S. PEDRO".
Meaning:
The crossed keys are an attribute of St. Peter, name giver of the commune and local patron saint.

Pedrógão de São Pedro Commune was one of the pre-2013 communes of Penamacor Municipality (q.v.); it had 500 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 21.8 km².

Meaning:
The cross is alluding to the Order of the Templars.
