Shield Argent laurel tree eradicated Vert flanked by two grapevines eradicated Vert each fruited with two bunches Purple. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "LOUREIRO - PESO DA RÉGUA".
Meaning:
The word "loureiro" means "laurel tree"; the arms are thus canting.

Loureiro is one of the four communes of Peso da Régua Municipality not affected by the 2013 changes ; it had 892 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 5,12 km².
