Shield Argent, a grapevine Purpure leaved Vert between two pales wavy Azure. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "ENTRE AMBOS-OS-RIOS".
Meaning:
The arms display a grapevine, representing a vineyard placed between two arms of Lima River. The name of the commune means literally "between both rivers". The arms are thus canting.

Entre Ambos-os-Rios Commune was one of the pre-2013 communes of Ponte da Barca Municipality (q.v.); it had 502 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 14.8 km².
