The arms are Azure two flax blossoms Argent garnished Purple and a vase Or and on a base wavy Argent a fess wavy Azure. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "OLEIROS - VILA VERDE". (Note that the three elements are thus blazoned, implicitly per counter chevron, not with the flowers in chief.)
Meaning:
The word "oleiros" means "potters" and the arms are thus partly canting.
