Shield Or with base wavy of Azure and Argent, issuant from base wavy a throughout bridge Sable masoned Argent with two arches, on honour point a cross patty Gules charged with a Greek cross Argent and flanked by two branches raguly Vert in pale. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "VENTOSA – VOUZELA".
Meaning:
The base wavy is a representation of the little Zela River, which has its origin in the commune, the bridge is a representation of a local Roman bridge. The cross is that one of the Order of Christ.

Ventosa is one of the six communes of Vouzela Municipality not affected by the 2013 changes; it had inhabitants in 2021 and covers km².
