The flag is vertically divided into green at hoist and red at fly, the colours of the national flag, but here not off-centred. At top is an embowed dark yellow inscription displaying the full name. At bottom is a yellow inscription, displaying the date of foundation (11 March 1981). On centre is a logo as follows: the armillary sphere from the national arms, but charged not with the shield but with the white roller support of a fishing rod under a grey swordfish in bend.
